Hi, I’m Carlene, the founder of Spira Breathwork. As a modern-day medicine woman, I’m dedicated to helping you find calm, clarity, and balance through the power of breath. Over the years, I’ve worked with professionals, creatives, and individuals from all walks of life, helping them unlock their potential and rediscover the power of being fully present in their lives.

With a background rooted in somatic healing, trauma-awareness, and breathwork facilitation, my approach is grounded in both science and mindfulness. I blend my knowledge of the body, mind, and spirit with practical tools to help you achieve real-world results — whether that’s reducing stress, boosting productivity, or finding emotional balance.​

I believe that breath is the key to unlocking clarity, and my mission is to guide you back to yourself — the calm, focused, and energized version of you that’s been there all along. Through one-on-one sessions, group experiences, and corporate workshops, I work to create a safe, supportive space where you can dive deeper into your own healing journey.
